Wastewater treatment system

Wastewater Treatment System imageThe IT industry consumes a huge amount of water. Wastewater treatment and recovery equipment is a key part of the water treatment in this sector. Placing an emphasis on wastewater treatment solutions, Organo proposes wastewater treatment systems best suited to removing specific substances, with consideration given to reduced environmental impacts and carbon dioxide emissions.

Examples of Organo's Wastewater treatment system
listACTICONTACT F

The reaction tank is filled with carriers, which hold large quantities of bacteria (biological sludge) on their surfaces and in between them, enabling the system to remove BOD/COD substances from the wastewater.

listThe Super Orsettler

Unlike conventional models, this system does not require any polymer to be injected to increase the floc particle diameter and density. This results in a decrease in the polymer injection amount of around 50%. The supply volume of sedimentation promoter is very limited at 1-5 mg/l of untreated water. Coupled with the reduction of polymer consumption, a reduction in total running costs can be achieved.

listSolid-liquid separation unit , squareness coagulation sedimentation equipment

Semiconductor facilities are faced with unprecedented demand for rapid supply readiness and lower operating costs. Wastewater treatment systems must also be able to work and contribute to production as soon as they are delivered to customers

listORSREC (Organo sludge recycle system for fluoride treatment)

The ORSREC is characterized by the alkaline regeneration treatment of sludge containing aluminum separated in the existing sedimentation tank and the circulation of treated sludge in the adsorption reaction tank for reuse, reducing the amount of inorganic coagulating agent added. This process attains the same quality level of treated water, with less inorganic coagulation agent added.

listFluorine adsorbent, ORLITE F

ORLITE F is a blackish brown granular carrier with strong selectivity to fluorine ions and a large ion exchange capacity. Its large ion exchange function derives from surface hydroxyl groups and adsorbs and removes fluorine ions in the wastewater to low concentration levels.
