About Shares

We have been listed on the TSE Second Section since 1961.

(2) Shareholders with shares not held by the Japan Securities Depository Center (JASDEC): The special account(*) is administered by Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank.Refer to Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank's "Share Certificate-Related Procedures" page (Japanese only).

*A special account is an account created by Organo to protect the rights of shareholders with shares not held by the Japan Securities Depository Center (JASDEC), in accordance with the shift to paperless share certificates. This is not a trading account and cannot be used to buy or sell shares. In order to buy or sell shares, the shareholder must open their own transaction account with a brokerage firm and then transfer their stocks into it.

The meeting is held in late June each year.

We do not provide shareholder benefits.

The date for interim dividends is September 30, and the date for year-end dividends is March 31.

Documents for interim dividends are sent in early December. Documents for year-end dividends are sent in late June after the General Meeting of Shareholders has been held.
