Technologies and services to protect precious water resources

Organo uses industrial wastewater treatment and recovery technologies to provide equipment and chemicals that reduce harmful substances in wastewater to below the standards required in each country. By reusing treated wastewater as raw water rather than discharging it into the environment, our wastewater recovery facilities help improve water-use efficiency in industrial settings.

Helping reduce CO₂ emissions

In addition to actively adopting energy-efficient equipment in water treatment facilities, Organo provides service solutions that monitor fouling indicators in chillers and automatically control coolant treatment dosing. We help reduce our customers' energy consumption, CO₂ emissions, and total costs.

Reducing sludge and recycling resources

We utilize our high-performance separation membrane technology and regeneration treatment technology to reduce the amount of sludge generated and promote the recovery and reuse of valuable resources. One example is our proprietary "Eco-Crysta" crystallization technology, which recovers fluorine from factory wastewater as high-purity calcium fluoride for reuse as raw materials for semiconductors. Through effectively separating and concentrating components in wastewater in order to recycle resources, we both reduce waste and circulate resources. We contribute toward building sustainable industrial infrastructures through technological innovation.

Energy-saving solutions using the cooling water treatment agent Orblade Series

The Orblade Series delivers superior bactericidal and algaecidal efficacy compared to conventional treatment agents, while also providing corrosion inhibition and scale dispersion performance. It can provide optimal treatment across a wide range of water quality conditions, and by suppressing the rise in LTD values — which has been difficult to address with conventional treatment agents — it prevents the decline in energy efficiency in cooling water systems.

Ultrapure water and pure water production systems

Our advanced separation membranes remove even the smallest impurities, providing a stable supply of ultrapure water optimized for semiconductor and electronics manufacturing. These environmentally friendly systems make effective use of water resources while helping improve manufacturing yield and quality.

Wastewater treatment and reuse solutions

Our closed-loop treatment solutions recover valuable substances from wastewater and recycle resources, enabling water reuse. We maximize resource value while minimizing sludge generation, achieving both reduced environmental impact and corporate sustainability.

We have established an internal whistleblowing system to quickly identify and address issues such as misconduct.
In addition to our internal contact point, we have established channels with our Audit and Supervisory Board Members and with external legal counsel to receive reports and consultation requests.
We have also established overseas whistleblowing hotlines and operate internal whistleblowing systems in Malaysia, China, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the US.

During the first half of this six-month training program, employees gain general professional knowledge and learn about Organo's technologies. In the second half, they apply these skills and knowledge in practice.

In order to promote digital transformation (DX), we develop talent capable of utilizing digital technology in business.
Employees take courses covering Organo's foundational technologies across each technical area. They also build broader skills beyond their immediate job duties, in preparation for their future careers.
Employees learn about taking a proactive role in developing their own careers, and foster the ability to grow autonomously.
In 2021, we introduced multiple management tracks—department head, expert, and supervisory—to clarify management roles. Employees develop the management skills specific to each role.
Employees assess themselves in order to find areas of improvement, and then select from among several training courses to improve in these areas.
To support employees' self-directed learning, we provide partial financial assistance for acquiring approximately 300 types of professional qualifications.
These cover technical qualifications—including Professional Engineer, Assistant Professional Engineer, and Pollution Control Manager—as well as
a wide range of language and IT qualifications.
Organo University offers learning opportunities across 181 correspondence courses in 10 areas, including essential technical and sales courses, as well as rank-specific management skills.
