JPX-Nikkei Index 400

The JPX-Nikkei Index 400 is a stock index composed of companies highly attractive to investors that meet various requirements of global investment standards, such as efficient use of capital and investor-focused management. It is calculated jointly by JPX Market Innovation & Research and Nikkei Inc.

JPX Prime 150 Index

The JPX Prime 150 Index is an index developed by JPX Market Innovation & Research, Inc. that selects companies from among the largest stocks by market capitalization listed on the TSE Prime Market. Companies are selected based on two criteria that measure value creation: capital profitability (based on equity spread), drawn from financial results, and market valuation (based on PBR), which incorporates forward-looking and non-financial information. The index positions these companies as leading Japanese companies expected to create value.

S&P/JPX Carbon Efficient Index

An environmental index developed by S&P Dow Jones Indices (U.S.) that gives greater weight to companies with high carbon efficiency that adequately disclose their carbon emissions data.

CDP Scores

CDP scores are assigned on a nine-point scale: Leadership (A, A-), Management (B, B-), Awareness (C, C-), Disclosure (D, D-), and Failure to Disclose (F). Organo began participating in 2022 and will continue to advance disclosure.

Eruboshi certification

In January 2017, Organo was awarded the Eruboshi Level 3 certification (the highest level) by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, granted to companies with outstanding initiatives to promote women's empowerment. Eruboshi recognizes outstanding companies in five areas: (1) recruitment, (2) length of continuous service, (3) working hours and other working conditions, (4) ratio of women in management positions, and (5) diverse career paths.

Environmental management system (ISO 14001)

An international standard for environmental management systems. It provides an organizational framework for protecting the environment and responding to changing environmental conditions while balancing socioeconomic needs. Organo has held this certification since 1998 and renewed it for the May 2026 period.
