In May 2024, we published our Multi-Stakeholder Policy, committing to appropriate collaboration with our diverse stakeholders. We believe that appropriately distributing the profits and results generated through collaborative value creation and productivity improvements among our multiple stakeholders supports both sustained wage growth momentum and the long-term development of the economy. With this in mind—and recognizing the importance of returning value to employees and showing consideration for business partners—we are advancing the following initiatives.

1. Giving Back to Our Employees
Organo will focus on generating sustainable growth, improving productivity, and optimizing added value by channeling management resources into promising growth areas and nurturing employee capabilities and skills. We will appropriately increase wages based on generated profits and results and after considering the company’s immediate and longer-term circumstances, in accordance with the General Principles for Determining Wages. We will also seek to improve comprehensive employee treatment in other areas by offering proactive education and training opportunities that will not only help improve employee engagement and drive greater productivity but also provide consistent returns and benefits for our employees.

Specifically, we will continue to determine wage increases by promoting sincere dialogue between labor representatives and management that takes into account broader social conditions and Organo’s own performance and business environment. Our various educational and training opportunities include training programs for specific job grades and functions that seek to improve employees’ skills and advance their careers. To encourage self-development, we have introduced systems that support the acquisition of additional qualifications and the Organo University system for subsidizing correspondence course tuition fees. We are also pursuing initiatives designed to promote diversity and inclusion, such as technology sharing meetings between Organo head office and international subsidiaries, and global human resources training programs.
2. Considering Our Business Partners
Organo continues to extend consideration to its business partners in accordance with the Organo Declaration of Partnership Building. If the Multi-stakeholder Policy were ever removed from the Declaration of Partnership Building portal site, the public disclosure of the said Multi-stakeholder Policy would be voluntarily withdrawn.
Furthermore, we will strive to build appropriate relationships with business operators who are exempt from consumption tax obligations by referring to the Japanese government’s published directions regarding invoice systems for tax-exempt business operators and their business partners.
3. Other Stakeholder Initiatives
Organo’s management philosophy is built upon the company’s commitment to serve as a valuable partner company that leverages its leading-edge technologies cultivated through long experience with water treatment, contributes to industries that create the future, and plays a key role in the development of societal infrastructure. We conduct business activities, proud in the knowledge that the businesses we develop are themselves deeply linked to the creation of a sustainable society. We will strive to consistently improve corporate value by promoting corporate growth based on tireless research and development, business exploration, and sustainability management, so that we can provide positive returns and benefits to various stakeholders, including shareholders, investors, customers, employees, and local communities.
Organo will steadily implement these initiatives and monitor their progress.
