Social Media Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These Social Media Terms of Use (the “Terms”) set forth the terms and conditions governing the use of social media platforms on which Organo Corporation (the “Company”) has established accounts.

2. The Company's Social Media Accounts

For the purpose of disseminating information from the Company to Users (as defined in Article 3), the Company uses the following social media accounts (the “Official Accounts”). The Official Accounts may be discontinued or deleted without prior notice.

3. Access to Basic Information

Any person who uses the Official Accounts (a “User”) shall be deemed to have granted the Company permission, by such use, to access information made public by the User, including, without limitation, the User's name, profile photograph, gender, networks, user ID, friends list, and other account or profile information disclosed by the User.

4. Prohibited Acts

The Company prohibits Users from engaging in any of the following acts. If the Company determines that a User has engaged in or is likely to engage in any of the following acts, the Company may, without prior notice, delete posted content or take other necessary measures.

  1. Posting content intended to facilitate criminal acts or that may induce people to commit criminal acts.
  2. Posting content relating to political activities, election campaigns, or religious activities.
  3. Posting inappropriate content that includes any of the following expressions (including similar expressions):
    1. (1)obscene expressions;
    2. (2)defamatory, slanderous, or discriminatory expressions;
    3. (3)content that is ethically inappropriate;
    4. (4)content that may cause discomfort to other users;
    5. (5)content unrelated to the purpose of the Official Accounts;
    6. (6)content that may constitute self-promotion through fictitious or self-orchestrated conduct;
    7. (7)content disclosing private communications with the Company or third parties;
    8. (8)false content or content that may cause misunderstandings;
    9. (9)content that identifies or discloses personal information without the individual's consent; or
    10. (10)content defaming or slandering specific individuals, companies, countries, or regions.
  4. Acts that violate laws or regulations, or public order and good morals.
  5. Impersonating the Company or any other person or entity.
  6. Posting commercial content, such as advertisements or promotions of one's own products, stores, or companies.
  7. Reproducing, selling, publishing, or otherwise using information obtained through the Official Accounts beyond the scope of private use.
  8. Infringing or potentially infringing the copyrights, trademark rights, portrait rights, privacy, or other rights of other users, third parties, or the Company.
  9. Sending spam emails or messages.
  10. Posting or transmitting harmful computer programs or similar content.
  11. Accessing by hacking or other unauthorized means, or monitoring or copying, all or part of the Official Accounts.
  12. Acts that interfere with or may interfere with the operation of the Official Accounts.
  13. Acts that violate the terms of use of the relevant social media platforms.
  14. Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company.

5. Disclaimers and Notices

The following disclaimers and notices shall apply.

  1. The Company shall not be liable for any damages, problems, or disadvantages caused to Users in connection with information displayed on the Official Accounts or any changes or updates thereto.
  2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages, problems, or disadvantages caused to Users as a result of using or being unable to use the Official Accounts.
  3. If any issues arise between Users, or between Users and third parties, in connection with the use of the Official Accounts, the Users shall resolve such issues at their own responsibility and expense, and shall not cause any inconvenience or damage to the Company.
  4. The Company shall not be responsible for any content posted by Users.
  5. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information contained in content posted to the Official Accounts by the Company.
  6. If the Company suffers damages due to a User's acts, the Company may claim compensation for such damages from the User.
  7. All copyrights and other intellectual property rights to the information displayed on the Official Accounts (including, without limitation, design rights, patent rights, utility model rights, trademark rights, and know-how; collectively, “IP Rights”) belong to the Company or other IP rights holders. Users may not use any such information beyond the scope permitted by law, such as duplication for private use under the Copyright Act, without the prior consent of the relevant rights holders, and any commercial use is strictly prohibited.
  8. Copyrights and other IP Rights to content posted by Users belong to the Users who posted such content. However, by posting content on the Official Accounts, Users grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive right to use such content (including modification, extraction, reproduction, publication, translation, etc.), and agree not to exercise moral rights against the Company.

6. Amendments to These Terms

This Terms shall apply to all Users and may be amended by the Company without obtaining prior consent from Users.
